We want you to be confident in your purchase.
Inspection window
You have 48 hours from delivery or pickup to inspect your laptop and report any verified fault that was not disclosed.
Eligible returns
Returns within 48 hours are accepted for verified hardware faults present at delivery. The laptop must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all accessories and packaging.
Not eligible
Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, found it cheaper elsewhere, damage caused after delivery, or units with broken seals or tampering.
Resolution options
For a confirmed eligible fault we will repair, replace with an equivalent unit, or issue a refund, by agreement with the customer.
Refund method
Approved refunds are paid back through the same channel used to pay (Mobile Money or bank transfer) within a reasonable number of working days after the unit is returned and checked.
Return logistics
For Accra and Tema we can arrange collection. For other regions, return courier costs are discussed case by case.
