Warranty Policy
Every laptop sold by TechPlug GH is UK used, fully tested and graded before listing.
Cover period
All laptops carry a warranty of 1 to 3 months from the date of delivery or pickup. The exact period for each unit is stated on the product page or your receipt.
What is covered
Hardware faults that were present at the time of sale and not caused by the customer (for example a failing battery, faulty keyboard, screen or storage that was not disclosed).
What is not covered
Accidental damage, liquid damage, cracked screens, physical abuse, unauthorised repairs or opening of the device, software issues, virus or malware problems, and normal wear of consumable parts such as battery capacity loss over time.
How to claim
Contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email with your order details and a clear description (photos or a short video help). Where it is a covered fault we will repair the unit, replace it with an equivalent, or offer a fair resolution.
Battery note
As these are used machines, batteries are sold as is with reasonable working health unless a battery fault is stated. Battery wear is not a warranty fault.
