By buying from TechPlug GH you agree to the following.

Products

All laptops are UK used and graded. Cosmetic condition and specifications are described as accurately as possible on each product page. Minor cosmetic marks consistent with used equipment are normal.

Configurations

RAM, storage and exact specifications may vary by unit. We confirm the exact configuration of your unit before dispatch. Upgrades are available on request.

Payment and pay on delivery

Accepted methods: Mobile Money, bank transfer, and pay on delivery (Accra only). Orders are confirmed manually: after you order, we contact you to confirm availability and payment. Pay on delivery is available within Accra at our discretion; you pay on receipt after inspecting the laptop, and we may require a deposit or phone verification for first-time customers. Customers outside Accra pay in full or a deposit as agreed before dispatch. All prices are in Ghana Cedis and may change without notice; the price confirmed at order is the price you pay.

Orders, pricing and availability

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed only after we verify stock and payment. Stock is limited; if an item sells out after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

Warranty, returns and delivery

Governed by the Warranty, Return and Delivery policies.

Liability

TechPlug GH is not liable for data loss; please back up your data. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
