Delivery Policy

Coverage

We deliver across Ghana. Accra and Tema are served first, with nationwide delivery by courier.

Timing

Same-day or next-day within Accra and Tema (order cut-off times apply). Nationwide courier typically takes 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery fees

Accra deliveries are charged GHS 20 to GHS 50 depending on location. Tema and nationwide courier fees are confirmed at checkout or when we confirm your order.

Pickup option

You may collect your order from our pickup point in Accra. The exact meeting location is confirmed once your order is placed.

Order confirmation

We confirm stock, delivery zone and the total (including delivery) before dispatch. Please inspect your laptop on delivery. For pay-on-delivery orders, payment is made once you have confirmed the unit.
